Bever, a well-known and authentic Dutch outdoor chain naturally deserves an authentic home. Bever is now embarking on the adventure to realize a sustainable head office with distribution center. With the aim: a pleasant working environment that fully matches the green values and ambitions of this outdoor company.

Bever’s very sustainable and pleasant working environment can be put into use in 2024: workplaces, repair shop and gardens around and on the building make working at Bever an experience. Smartland designed all outdoor space around the building, a roof garden, green natural roofs, the terrace and the herb greenhouse for the canteen, outdoor sports areas and outdoor workplaces.

The new building with the nature-inclusive outdoor space forms a stepping stone in the ecological connection to be realized between the Groenzoom - a nature and recreation area of 450 hectares between the municipalities of Lansingerland and Pijnacker-Nootdorp - and the Balij and Bieslandse Bos nature reserves.
